ChillTime was designed for ages 12 to 30. It is an application in French to help cope with stress, anxiety or difficult emotions. ChillTime aims to facilitate the use of coping strategies known to be effective and useful in the present moment, such as mindfulness, exercise, expressing feelings, and exploring ones spirituality. The exercise offer becomes personalized to their preferences, depending on the appreciation of each exercise.This app was developed by mental health researchers. To date, the results suggest a high rate of user satisfaction, especially with anxiety management, as well as a decrease in unhealthy coping strategies (such as drug / alcohol use).
